Brandy obtained by the distillation of Ente plum (variety used for Agen prunes).
This eau-de-vie is aged in stainless steel vats, then matured in oak barrels for 12 months to give it its beautiful amber color, its roundness and the light tannins which soften it.
It is recommended to taste it at room temperature, in order to preserve the woody side of our eau-de-vie.
