The Pays Welche is the geographical area in which the village of Lapoutroie is located, in the middle mountains on the foothills of the Vosges ridges.

Drawing on our experience in fruit brandies, we have brought together the best to make our whisky: rigorously selected barley, double distillation, small capacity barrels from major French wine estates and pure water. taken at an altitude of 950 meters, above our village, near the Etang du Devin.

Amber in color, this Single Malt Whiskey offers a nose with notes of almonds and cereals. On the palate, you will be seduced by aromas of meringue and coffee, all with an invigorating finish, punctuated by a slight bitterness.
