Our "Traditional" Gin is obtained by double distillation and comes from a maceration of juniper, coriander, iris root, angelica root, maniguette, calamus, etc. It reveals a profile that is both elegant and racy with notes lemony and peppery. To be enjoyed pure or combined with a Tonic.
For our "Forestier" Gin, we have integrated berries & plants, some of which are harvested in the surrounding forests, such as wild service tree, wild rose, blueberry, etc. We thus discover an intense and complex gin with notes of citrus zest, resin and undergrowth. To be enjoyed pure or combined with a Tonic.
