Morello cherries are macerated with their stems to make them easier to eat or possibly to make them into disguised fruits. Cherries, as our elders did, are eaten especially as a digestive!

Pitted cherries, lightly candied then garnished with a light alcoholic syrup. Ideal for simple desserts, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for example. A real treat!
