"Tradition" brandies

These are the fruits (orange-red) of the white wild service tree which are distilled.

Herbaceous plant with a tall flower stalk more than two meters high, entirely covered with flowers. Its silvery, velvet-like foliage. Brandy with a fine taste of honey, roses or even lychees, it has excellent softening and expectorant properties in cases of respiratory and bronchial irritation.

This brandy is obtained by the distillation of hop cones. It has a floral and spicy taste with a light scent of cinnamon.

Result of the distillation of garden raspberries, it has a very fine taste. We find all the freshness of the fruit on the nose and palate. Served in a balloon glass, well shaken, raspberry brandy has a heady scent and a particularly intense aroma. A great digestive!

It is the root of this mountain flower that is distilled. This brandy has significant bitterness and a strong earthy taste and is recognized for its tonic and digestive properties.

Cherry brandy is the oldest fruit brandy, made from the fermentation and distillation of sweet, small-stoned black semi-wild cherries. It is a classic digestive with a good stone taste, also used in cooking and baking. Kirsch enhances both Alsatian coffee and the fromage blanc from our farm inns.

A small round, golden yellow plum stained with red, it finds its preferred terroir in the East of France. It’s a fruit full of sugar. The bees and wasps on your market stalls at the end of summer are no mistake. Mirabelle brandy has a powerful aroma of sweet plum. It’s the sun in your glass.

Smell the pear! Take a bite! This eau-de-vie obtained by the distillation of fruits from the rich and warm lands of the Rhône valley, is undoubtedly the star of the eaux-de-vie and the most consumed.

Fruit du prunellier, buisson très épineux aux baies bleues recouvertes d’une légère pruine de la taille de petites billes. Excellente eau-de-vie, d’une grande finesse, tonifiante et astringente au fort goût d’amande dû à son petit noyau.

This small purple plum, with yellow flesh which ripens at the end of summer, is typical of Alsatian orchards. Its fruity and virile brandy is very appreciated among others by the elders, who taste it very cold or at the temperature of the coffee cup.
